Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We endeavor to deliver the products you have ordered within 7 business days. For products that take time to supply (special design products), the cargo delivery time is 12 working days as stated in the product detail. You will be informed in case of possible delayed delivery.

In order for the delivery of the product to be carried out without interruption, please inform the address of your location during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you specify at the end of the order

Orders can be picked up daily, from 2:00 p.m. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are usually sent free of charge within 3 -5 days for Turkiye.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

USA

Canada

England

Orders are usually shipped free of charge within 7-10 days for these countries and delivered to the address within 7-10 days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tali Pırlanta ( Tali Jewelry)  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@talipirlanta.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
